How to Exercise the Corposa Cavernosa Muscle

Many male enhancement products tout themselves as miracle products that can provide instant and stunning benefits. The realistic way to look at it is that even these safe, natural, and herb-based supplements – so-called “erection pills” – take a couple of weeks to months to work. Like these supplements, penis exercises also take time to work – but have the great promise of fighting erectile dysfunction (ED) and maybe even increasing your sex drive at the same time.

The corposa cavernosa muscle is the part of your penis that contains the blood once you’ve achieved an erection. Your erection occurs as your testosterone levels increase and trigger blood to fill the corposa cavernosa when you’re aroused. Exercising this muscle can provide you a non-invasive way to fight ED and naturally increase penis size, if you’re among those who feel rather inadequate and got your self-esteem affected.

Here are ways to exercising your corposa cavernosa muscle:

  • Perform jelqing. Place your thumb at the bottom of the shaft of your penis, and your forefinger at the top. Join the two in a circle around your penis base. Use light pressure to move your hand up the shaft, stopping at the base of the head. Switch hands and repeat the process as many times as you prefer.
  • Perform Kegel exercises. Stop urinating at mid-stream when you’re in the bathroom. Feel your BC muscle, which is responsible for cutting off urination, constrict. Once you get a level of comfort having this feeling, tighten and release the muscle a number of times during the day. Urination not required!
  • Sit in a chair with a slight lean, and then take the area behind the head of your erect penis between your thumb and index finger. Pull lightly down towards the shaft and stretch it as far as you can without experiencing discomfort. Perform Kegel exercises – tighten your BC muscle while stretching the area with your and. Hold for 10 seconds. Release your BC muscle and keep the area behind your penis stretched. Repeat 20 times, slowly increasing the pull of resistance.
  • Tighten your BC muscle during sex in order to hold back ejaculation. Doing so will help build stamina and lengthen your corposa cavernosa. Prepare your penis for this by massaging the head, shaft, scrotum, and groin while fully erect. This will not only increase blood flow, but also cause higher penile sensitivity. Once you feel ejaculation is coming, tighten this muscle to hold it back, for three to five times before you allow full ejaculation to happen.

Whenever you perform these penis exercises, use lubricating oils or lotions to help decrease risk of injuring yourself.
